What is the Legendary Blitz about?

“The Legendary Blitz is a grounded superhero series about a young man in the 51st state of New Baxter who gains incredible powers after a mysterious disaster and becomes the vigilante Blitz. It follows him as he tries to protect his city, juggle his personal life, and bridge the gap between normal civilization, and the new ‘Extraordinary being’ Species.”
