Variant Comics Publishing is an independent comic book house devoted to developing diverse, compelling, and mature superhero storytelling across comics, animation, physical and digital media.

A Message from the Creator...

“Hi, my name is Zak and I've been developing a superhero universe for the last four years and maybe longer to be honest. I can't say i’ve done it alone, with small help from a variety of people over the years that I'll never forget. Even if I don't get to use the characters they've created. If you're wondering why I'm writing this, it's to let you know that my goal isn't to become the next top 2. My goal is to tell the story of an amazing original character that I've held dear to my heart since a kid. My goal isn't to mindlessly write comics with no end goal in mind. In fact, I've had the ending of this story written out since I've started all of this. Whether or not this goes far, I'm more than grateful to be able to write and draw such a story. If you're reading this, thank you so much for taking an interest. You mean alot to me and I hope you'll stick around to see the rest of Elijah's story.”

Anti-Piracy & Content Protection Policy

1. Purpose

This policy establishes Variant Comics Publishing LLC’s stance against the unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property (IP). Our characters, stories, artwork, logos, and related materials are the result of significant creative effort and investment. Protecting these works is essential to our mission and growth. This takes effect as of May 14th, 2025.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All works created, published, or distributed by Variant Comics Publishing LLC.

  • Any characters, names, artwork, scripts, logos, videos, and digital media owned by the Company.

  • All employees, contractors, collaborators, and third parties interacting with our IP.

3. Policy Statement

Variant Comics Publishing LLC maintains zero tolerance for piracy, plagiarism, or unauthorized use of our IP. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Copying or redistributing our comics, art, videos, or scripts without permission.

  • Re-posting Variant Comics Publishing content in ways that misrepresent ownership.

  • Creating derivative works, merchandise, or adaptations without written authorization.

  • Altering or re-branding our designs, logos, or character likenesses.

4. Enforcement

  • Monitoring: The Company actively monitors online and offline platforms for unauthorized use of its IP.

  • Action: Any individual or organization found infringing on our IP may face immediate takedown requests, cease-and-desist letters, DMCA filings, and, if necessary, legal action.

  • Internal Compliance: All employees, contractors, and collaborators must respect and safeguard the Company’s IP and report suspected infringement immediately.

5. Protecting Our Work

We encourage fans and collaborators to support the Company by:

  • Sharing official Variant Comics Publishing content with proper credit and links.

  • Using approved artwork, logos, and materials only as permitted by leadership.

  • Reporting piracy or misuse of our IP to the Company at Variantcomicspublishing@gmail.com.

6. Commitment

Variant Comics Publishing LLC is dedicated to protecting the creative integrity of its work. Piracy and IP theft undermine the livelihood of our team and the value we deliver to our fans. We will take all necessary steps to ensure our creations remain protected and respected.
