who is blitz?

The first comic centers around a 15 year old boy named Elijah Jones, who is thrown into a world where "extraordinary beings" now roam his city after an explosion set them loose, including him. Wanting to protect his mom, Eli uses his abilities to protect his mom, and sees what he's doing has an effect on families. This starts the superhero spiral for the next 70 years of his life.
